Rachel has been a yoga instructor since 2017. Her 200hour training was a transformational experience leading her to get additional certifications in kids yoga and trauma informed yoga. She has taught over 1000 hours of yoga classes in various settings, from local gyms, yoga studios to schools and even her own backyard. Rachel's yoga classes are accessible for all ages and stages of life. Blending your brain, body and breath to work together like a team is the goal of her practice and the classes she leads.
