Y6 BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE TO THE STUDIO?
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior, no late entry permitted.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK MY CLASSES?
You can book up to 30 days in advance.
KEEP GETTING NOTIFICATIONS THAT YOU'RE OUT OF CREDITS WHEN YOU TRY TO BOOK?
Sorry for the inconvenience. Try logging out of the app and log back in using the email you receive class booking informations to. Make sure to select the correct "home" studio (the one you signed up with as your membership is connected to the studio). If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Your Password” and follow the steps to change your password after receiving the automated password reset email.
LATE CANCEL & NO SHOW POLICY
If you are unable to attend your class, please log into your account on the Y6 app or website and cancel your class reservation as soon as possible.
Unlimited members who cancel their booking within 8 hours of the class's starting time will be charged $10 late cancel fee. Class package holders and members who have a monthly 4X or 8X plan will lose the class credit associated with that booking.
Unlimited members who no-show for class will be charged a $15 for the no-show, while class package holders and monthly 4X and 8X monthly members will lose the class credit associated with that booking.
When a spot is booked but unused, that means that someone else may be missing their chance to practice.

Go to the ME tab > Menu top right corner > “Billing Details” on the app
NEED TO FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP?
Contact your home studio about freezing your membership with your desired restart date. Must provide at least 2 weeks notice.
NEED TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP?
Contact your "home" studio with your 30 day cancellation request.
