Makenna
Makenna discovered yoga in high school as a way to connect her love of movement with her spiritual journey. Through her practice, she developed a deep curiosity about the body, which led her to pursue a degree in Exercise Science and later Kinesiology.
Yoga opened the door to a broader world of healing and community, inspiring her to also study herbalism and eventually pursue a career in nursing. Makenna is passionate about the way yoga supports both physical and emotional well-being.
In her classes, she strives to create a space that is inclusive, safe, and accessible for every body, helping students feel supported as they move, breathe, and grow in their practice.
