I teach the yoga that rebuilt me. I first found yoga out of necessity—a way to navigate stress, noise, and a restless mind. My mat became the place where I learned how to breathe when everything felt overwhelming, and how to build true strength rather than just toughness.
That experience is why I teach. Everyone deserves access to the tools yoga offers.
My classes focus on honest movement and real resilience, not perfect poses. I love watching students discover they’re capable of more than they imagined, and helping them find a steadiness they can carry off the mat and into their beautifully messy lives.
