Gwen began her yoga journey in 2021 and completed her teacher training in 2023. She was initially drawn to yoga as a way to manage anxiety and improve her physical health, but what started as a simple practice quickly became an essential part of her life—bringing balance, peace, and a deeper mind-body connection. Through yoga, Gwen found not only a stronger connection to her breath, body, and the present moment, but also a meaningful sense of community. As a teacher, she is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive space where students can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. Her classes encourage you to step away from the busyness of daily life and find balance in both mind and body.
