Melanie
Falling in love with yoga, initially for the mental health benefits she observed, Melanie went on to complete her 200 hour YTT in 2020 and has been teaching ever since. She began with YogaSix Sugarhouse in fall of 2022, and currently teaches Slow Flow and Hot. Outside of yoga, Melanie is passionate about nutrition as a full-time dietitian and loves to spend her free time outdoors -- snowboarding, hiking, camping-- you name it. She also loves whipping up a tasty meal, making new from old by tailoring thrifted clothes, fixing up her home with her fiance, traveling, spending quality time with her family and friends, and good music (bonus points if it's live and outdoors).
