Rachel N.
Rachel is a lifelong explorer of movement, and has been teaching yoga since 2016. She spent her early life as a dancer, and in 2014, moved to New York City to pursue a career teaching and performing. Her journey with yoga began during this transition, and she fell in love with the space the practice created for breath, peace, and contemplation in her life. Rachel completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016, has since trained with various teachers in Sequencing, Assisting, and Yin Yoga, and is currently deepening her studies through a 300 hour teacher training program. She moved back to Vermont in 2021, and could not be more grateful for this beautiful home. When she is not in the studio, Rachel loves to spend time with her angel-puppy, Brock, hike, enjoy coffee, craft, and dance to live music. She also owns a cargo-turned-camper van that is a forever project and adventure mobile.
Rachel is a big believer in the intelligence of bodies. She builds her classes with an eye towards investigating movement patterns, while letting each person’s body and internal experience be their ultimate guide. She views each practice as an opportunity for students to “choose your own adventure,” and loves to offer options to create support and challenge throughout class.
