Yoga has changed my life in so many ways. It's given me a calm mind, a thankful heart, and a happy soul. My journey with Y6 has been amazing. I started as a student, completed my YTT with Y6 and moved into teaching, and now the I'm GM at Y6 Exton. YogaSix was the best gift I ever gave myself.
