Kat
Kat’s journey with yoga began as a personal practice of reconnection—one that helped her build a better relationship with movement and her own body. What started as a way to simply move and breathe soon became a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, and joy. Inspired by the connection, energy, and inclusivity of the studio, Kat enrolled in the YogaSix 200hr YTT program in 2025 to deepen her practice and begin the journey of sharing yoga with others. Kat teaches with a balance of playfulness and purpose. She believes in working hard, having fun, and always turning up a good playlist. Her classes are designed to empower students to challenge themselves while honoring exactly where they are—mind, body, and spirit.
