I bring a lifelong passion for fitness and athletics into my yoga teaching. I have been teaching yoga for over 2 years and I am also a marathon runner and personal trainer with focus on strength, mobility, balance and mindfulness movement and posture. I truly enjoy teaching a variety of class formats, from more active classes to slower, restorative practices. My goal is to create supportive, and welcoming classes that help students move better, feel stronger, and enjoy their own fitness journey.
