My favorite part about being a YogaSix instructor is so many things! My students, my fellow teachers, the six different classes, and our awesome studio. It’s such an amazing opportunity to connect in a place with fun lights, music, and good energy! I love that there is a class for everyone and I’m so grateful to be able to share this practice with others!
