My favorite thing about being a YogaSix instructor is Yoga Six has always been my home studio, I learned most of my language and formatting of classes from the original teachers who created the brand. The way they taught simple to complex and building from the ground up always just made sense to me and really helped my own practice become more fluid and aligned knowing the why behind each sequence I built. I also love the community of support that the staff and management always provides from monthly awards to continuing education on a broader scale. Finally, the students that I have met over the years have not only become my friends, but I feel a strong spiritual bond that cannot be matched in any office job that I've ever had. It is truly an honor to teach at Yoga Six and I love how much this company has helped me not only grow my own practice and has helped me to share that passion with so many who I watch grow in their own.
