Ann Moser began her yoga journey 20 years ago when she stepped into a prenatal yoga class with her first-born son, and continued soon after with mommy and baby yoga. She continued to practice yoga on and off through the years, incorporating her love of all things fitness into her daily life. She had no intention of teaching at first, yet wanted to share the love of yoga she discovered. With the encouragement of her teacher and yogi friends, she found her voice to share her passion. As she continued to practice and teach she furthered her training to obtain her 500 hr Advanced Yoga Teacher certification under the guidance of Claudia Fejko and Colleen Brady of Flipped Dog Yoga. Ann believes that yoga is not an exclusive practice - yoga is, and can be, for everyone - all ages, levels of fitness and body types - because it is a practice that grows with you and a philosophy that comes from within.
