Michelle’s yoga journey began after having her three kids, initially drawn to the practice for fitness. But what kept her coming back to the mat was the way yoga made her feel — strong, centered, and connected, both physically and mentally. It wasn’t long before her own teacher saw her passion and asked her to step into a teaching role. After completing her 200-hour training, Michelle discovered the joy of sharing yoga with others. Life has taken Michelle to many places over the years, but one thing has remained constant — her yoga practice. Wherever she goes, yoga has helped her build new communities and make lifelong friends.
