Laura Burton brings over 30 years of experience to her yoga and strength instruction, helping students of all levels build a strong and resilient body. Her approach combines classic yoga principles with strength-building techniques, creating a practice that is both mindful fun and physically challenging. Outside of the studio, Laura finds balance with her husband, Matt, their three children, and two dogs. This dedication to her family and a healthy life fuels her empathetic and grounded teaching style, which is reflected in her passion for helping others achieve their own personal power, energy light and strength, both on and off the mat.
