Meet Alysa! The moment Alysa stepped onto her mat, she fell in love with not only the physical benefits of yoga but the emotional and mental peace it brought her. Through her teachings, she aims to instill confidence and bring peace into your everyday life. Alysa loves incorporating music into her classes to help you flow and release energy. Outside the studio, she’s singing with her bands, reading, or playing with her dog. Unwind and relax with Alysa's Slow Flow class Wednesday at 5:30pm!
