Nikki
Nikki’s teaching is rooted in the belief that conscious movement is a powerful practice for returning home to yourself. Her journey began in 2006, when she first turned to yoga and meditation to navigate and heal her anxiety. She now feels a deep sense of purpose in sharing those same transformative tools with others. She has her RYT 200, meditation, and Mat Pilates certificates, and is also a reiki practitoner. Nikki's classes focus on intentional flows that naturally integrate principles like core stability, breath and alignment for a strong yet mindful practice. Each session is a warm, welcoming space designed to celebrate the quiet devotion it takes to show up for yourself.
