Lori (RYT 200) came to yoga not just for the movement, but for the way it creates space, to breathe, reset, and return to herself. What started as a personal practice became a calling: a desire to offer others the same sense of healing, grounding, and self-connection that yoga gave her. As a teacher, Lori is passionate about crafting classes that are both grounding and empowering. She loves building strength through Sculpt and Flow while carving out moments to slow down, reflect, and reconnect in Slow Flow and Signature Hot classes. Her teaching is rooted in the idea that yoga is a space for personal growth, self-care, and community. Off the mat, Lori strives to practice what she teaches. As a busy mom and dedicated volunteer, she knows the importance of carving out space for yourself, because showing up for yourself is the foundation for showing up for everyone else. Her hope is that every student leaves class feeling strong, connected, and proud of the way they showed up.
