I discovered early on that moving my body is a powerful form of healing. What began as a passion for gymnastics eventually grew into a deep love for the gym — and ultimately, yoga became my sanctuary. In my own struggle with anxiety, yoga not only centered me but also reconnected me with my true self. I believe that everyone deserves a profound mind–body connection and the freedom to move. While my high energy finds its home in intense, heated yoga classes, I’ve also embraced restorative practices to nurture balance, recovery, and stress relief. Discovering YogaSix helped me find my place in the yoga world, and after completing my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, I’m honored to share this transformative space with you.
