I’ve always felt most at peace in a yoga class, whether it’s a slow, restorative practice or an energizing power flow. For me, mindful movement has always been the best remedy for stress. Becoming a mom 9 years ago deepened my connection to this practice even further.
Over the years, I’ve completed two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings—one through My Vinyasa Practice and another through One Voice Yoga. I love teaching a variety of formats, including yoga sculpt, restorative, yin, gentle yoga, power yoga, and sound bath meditation. My intention is to create a nurturing space where you can connect deeply with your inner light and find your own peace.
