Alyssa brings over 5 years of experience in the Greater Boston fitness scene, with roots in strength training and a deep love for helping people feel powerful in their bodies. She's a NASM-certified personal trainer who started coaching during COVID, working with both groups and 1:1 clients. Her journey eventually led her to yoga, where she completed her 200-hour RYT in 2024 and most recently, she expanded into Mat Pilates, training with top educators through Pilates Academy International. Now, she's bringing it all together in our newest format: Y6 Hot Core. Think hot mat Pilates meets strength, precision, and intentional movement. Alyssa's classes are designed to build confidence from the inside out, leaving you energized, connected, and empowered.
